By browsing the Website, using its services, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agree to them in full. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

These Terms use a single grammatical gender for convenience only and apply equally to all genders. Section headings are for ease of reading only and shall not be used to interpret these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page at the time the order is placed, so we recommend reviewing it before each purchase.

Any person who meets the following conditions may make a purchase on the Website:

• They are 18 years of age or older, or have received the approval of their legal guardian to place the order.
• They hold a valid credit card issued by one of the credit card companies operating in Israel.
• They have an active email address and a delivery address within the State of Israel.

The Company may, at its sole discretion and without stating a reason, decline to approve an order or block access to the Website — including, among other things, in the event of false information being provided, an attempt to purchase wholesale quantities under the guise of a private purchase, or use of the Website to harm the Company or a third party.

Tzitzit Guard is an original development of the Company, protected by registered patent No. [Patent number]. The patent protects the unique locking mechanism — the mechanism that grips the tzitzit garment fabric itself rather than the strings, and the reason the guard does not open during the spin cycle and does not stretch the strings.

All intellectual property rights in the product and the Website — including the patent, design, trade name, trademarks, logo, photographs, videos, texts, and the Website's code and structure — are the exclusive property of the Company or of those who have granted it a license to use them.

You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, import, market, distribute, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the product or any part of it, nor make any commercial use of the Website's content — all without the Company's prior written consent.

Purchasing on the Website, or from a reseller authorized by the Company, is the only way to ensure an original product covered by warranty. Imitations have not passed the tests the product has undergone, are not covered by warranty, and may damage tzitzit strings and the washing machine.

Purchasing the product grants a personal right of use only. It does not transfer to the purchaser any right in the patent or in any other intellectual property right of the Company.

Prices displayed on the Website are stated in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping fees, where applicable, are added at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed.

Completion of an order is subject to approval by the credit card company and to the product being in stock. The confirmation email serves as proof that the order was received, and does not constitute a commitment to deliver until the transaction has actually been approved.

If, after the order is placed, the product turns out to be out of stock, the Company will notify the customer and offer an alternative product or full cancellation of the transaction with a full refund.

If a clerical error appears on the Website in the product description or price, it shall not bind the Company, and the Company may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Payment is processed through a secure external payment processor that complies with the PCI-DSS standard. Credit card details are entered directly into the payment system, do not pass through the Company's servers, and are not stored on them.

Orders are packed and handed over to the shipping company within one business day of payment approval. The estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days from handover to the carrier, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

Delivery is made to the address entered in the order. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and a reachable phone number; a shipment returned due to incorrect details may incur a re-shipping fee.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, weather, strikes, the security situation, or any other cause beyond its control. Such a delay shall not be deemed a breach of the Company's obligations.

Cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.

You may cancel the transaction from the date it was made until 14 days from the date you received the product or the document setting out the transaction details — whichever is later.

• The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The Company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or ₪100 — whichever is lower.
• If the transaction is cancelled due to a defect in the product or a mismatch with the details provided, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the Company will bear the cost of the return.
• A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within 4 months of the date of purchase, provided that the engagement included a conversation between the parties.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to the email address at the bottom of this page, and must include your full name, order number, and contact details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

For hygiene reasons, a product that has actually been used cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is found in it.

The Company provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in the material and the locking mechanism. Under the warranty, a defective product will be replaced with a working one, free of charge.

The warranty does not cover reasonable wear and tear resulting from prolonged use, damage caused by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, intentional damage or damage caused by negligence, or a product not purchased from the Company or from an authorized reseller on its behalf.

Warranty claims require presentation of an invoice or proof of purchase.

The content on the Website, including product descriptions and usage recommendations, is provided as general information. The product should be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with it.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damage arising from use of the Website or the product. In any event, the Company's liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.

Product images are for illustration purposes. There may be slight color differences between how the product appears on screen and the actual product.

These Terms and anything arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District.
